ABUS Brand-World Object Security

ABUS is one of the best-known German brands. Still few people know that the world market leader for locks and security technology is a fifth-generation family business with ethical principles and headquarters in Wetter an der Ruhr. 

In the course of the new construction of the brand world 'Mobile Security' by Vivamo, it was also necessary to use the freed-up space in the ABUS Security World with a new concept for the presentation of the product area 'Object Security / OSi'. Here, too, Vivamo prevailed with a design that was implemented and opened nearly unchanged almost 2 years later. 

The products of Object Security are primarily aimed at commercial and industrial customers. Our creative team was therefore able to draw from the rich treasure trove of industrial culture in the Ruhr region. The background to our presentation is a ceiling-high brick wall with virtual window views of industrial landscapes. The defining spatial installation is a two-story container facility that offers an exclusive meeting room with a viewing platform on the upper floor.  

At ground level, a large-format running track extends along the entire course of the wall in front of and inside the containers. All products are presented on flexible panels mounted on the running track. The rail functions here as a spatial link of the exhibition area as well as an authentic and flexibly playable presentation tool for the products of Object Security.
