Since 2020, we have been supporting the Backwerk franchise chain in the planning of new branches and those to be refurbished. For the location at the Düsseldorf main station, we also acted as general contractor for the operator SSP, including trade planning, tendering and construction management. Full service or according to HOAI assumption of the service phases 1 to 9.
